Jiangsu Hongrui New Material Co., Ltd. subsidiary to Hongrui Group (Jiangsu) established in August 2009. Jiangsu Hongrui New Material Co., Ltd. subsidiary to Hongrui Group (Jiangsu) established in August 2009. Suited in the factory of Hongrui Group (Jiangsu) on the east side of Hongrui road in Suqian economic development zone, the whole factory occupies 110 acres, including 41, 000 square meters of plant and 25, 000 square meters of office and dormitory.
Suqian economic development zone has advantageous geographical location and convenient transportation, belong to crossing radiation zone among Longhai economic belt, seaside economic belt and Yangtze River economic belt and close to express way of Ningsuxu, Yanxu, Jinglu and lianxu, through which the Grand Canal from Beijing to Hangzhou pass. There are two lakes in Suqian, Hongze Lake and Luoma Lake, rich in lake production, especially ice fish, oriental river prawn, crab and lobster and famous for beautiful scenery.
We are engaged in the research and production on self-adhesive and other compound materials, taking advantage of high technology research ability of Macromolecular Material Department in Nanjin University of Technology (named as Nanjin University of Technology before). Our independent producing capability of glue and the mature technique of coating compound allow us to offer unparalleled products and service, which are widely reputed both domestically and globally.
Our annual production of self-adhesive paper is around 5000mt. We can produce various kinds of self-adhesive paper, including high glossy cast coated paper, art paper (glossy and matt), bar code paper, thermal paper, color inkjet paper, wood free offset printing paper and fluorescent paper, PVC, PET, PP, and so on. We have two automatic multi-functional coating lines, one with machinery web 1600mm and the other with 1400mm.
The main water glue and hot melt glue in current market exists the problem of short shelf life on limited climate, sensitively influenced by temperature and losing adhesion easily as time goes. We have invested USD50, 000 in glue research, and finally get high quality multi-functional glue with advantage as follows.
1) Our glue without toxic is of good adhesion, which can stick No. 15 ball continuously with 26 hours from the beginning.
2) Shelf life can reach more than 2 years, and bear wider temperature range from lowest -40 centigrade to highest 100 centigrade.
3) Glue transmitter can be widely used in paper, rubber, plastics, steel and other hard adhesive materials.
We have strict inspection procedure on adhesion to guarantee high quality.
